Every Sapfo piece is handmade in Greece with care and attention to detail. Most of our bags are hand-stitched using traditional saddle-stitching techniques, so some pieces may need a little time before they are ready to begin their journey to you.

ORDERS

Once your order has been successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

Our products may be available as Ready to Ship or Crafted to Order, as indicated on each product page.

Ready to Ship

Ready-to-ship pieces are already made and are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days after your order is confirmed.

Crafted to Order

Crafted-to-order pieces are individually crafted after your order is placed. Please allow approximately 2–4 weeks for your piece to be made before dispatch.

As each piece is handmade, production times are estimates and may occasionally vary, particularly during busy periods. If there is an unexpected significant delay, we will contact you.

Please note that production time and shipping time are separate. The estimated shipping time begins once your order has been completed and handed over to the courier.

Custom Orders

For custom orders created to your individual specifications, an estimated completion time will be agreed with you separately.

ORDER CHANGES

If you would like to request a change to your order, please get in touch with us through our contact form as soon as possible.

We will do our best to accommodate changes before preparation or production has begun, subject to material availability and any difference in price.

For crafted-to-order and custom pieces, changes may no longer be possible once production has begun.

HANDMADE & NATURAL MATERIALS

Every Sapfo piece is individually handmade. Small variations in stitching, finish and other handmade details may occur and are part of the individual character of each piece.

Leather is a natural material and may present subtle variations in colour, grain, texture and natural markings. These characteristics are part of the nature of genuine leather and are not considered defects.

We make every effort to represent our products and colours accurately. However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen or device.
